Direct exemption today announced the latest round of subsidies that have been awarded through its Health Equity Fund, which supports organizations that work to eliminate health differences and improve the quality of healthcare in subordinated communities in the United States.
This last financing round and support – in total more than $ 8 million ‘is made possible by the generous support of the ABBVIE Foundation, Eli Lilly and Company, and Mackenzie Scott. Since the launch in 2021, the fund has provided more than $ 59 million to 182 organizations that tackle the random causes of health inequality in their communities.

Since its foundation, the Fund for Health Equity has yielded essential means to organizations that work on expanding access to health care, strengthening the health programs for the community and reducing differences in care. The newest group of recipients agrees with a growing network of changemakers who are committed to building a fairer and fair health care system for everyone.
