by The Chicago White Sox has outfielder Zach Deloach entirely to Triple-A Charlotte, the team announced on Friday afternoon.
Deloach was appointed on Monday for an assignment, so that the White Sox could make room for Infrielder Jacob Amaya, who claim them from the declarations of the Baltimore Orioles. Deloach continued to free up exemptions, giving Chicago the opportunity to retain its rights to the level of the Minor League.
The 26-year-old Outfielder made his MLB debut in 2024.

Deloach was the second round of the Seattle Mariners in the 2020 MLB version after a Breakout Junior Year on Texas A&M. He worked to Triple-A by 2023 and hit .286 with 23 home runs, 30 Doubles, 88 RBI, eight stolen bases and a .868 Ops over 138 games that year.
In February 2024, the Mariners Deloach and others exchanged to the White Sox in exchange for relief Gregory Santos. Deloach was the number 25 of Seattle at the time of the deal and was ranked no. 29 in the Chicago agricultural system when he was first called in May.
Deloach hit .209 with one home run, five doubles, five RBI, one .622 Ops, -1 defensive run stored and a -0.1 war over 22 games with the White Sox. In Triple-A he hit .287 with a .785 Ops.
With free agents Mike Tauchman and Austin Slater who together with the former All-Stars in Luis Robert Jr. and Andrew Benintendi in Chicago’s outfield depth hit lists participated in the former All-Stars in Luis Robert Jr. However, if Oscar Colás is moved to the first base, that Deloach could later give a slightly clearer path to a main class bankrol in 2025.
Deloach has still not exhausted his Rookie and he will not hit an arbitration until 2028.
